Can we get rid of the 1G condition?
Why not simply compare {{30% of oldgen}} and
{{pig.spill.unused.memory.threshold.size}} and take the smaller one?
Also maybe use pig.spill.unused.memory.threshold.size=0 to disable this new
condition.
