Patch from PIG-4819 that changed RANDOM() broke
TestBuiltin.testURIWithCurlyBrace which I fixed in PIG-4833 which broke
TestBuiltin.testUniqueID in hadoop1.x mode...
Hopefully I can fix this without breaking another test...
