Sorry. I did start with the 0.16 release work and Spark review but was out sick
with Flu most of last week and have had time to only catch up with internal Tez
issues this week. Will complete the review this weekend. Spoke with [~daijy]. I
will do the first round of review and [~daijy] will take a look at the second
revision after my comments are addressed.
