Uploading a merged patch that simply combine
* {{PIG-2315-1-rebase.patch}} Rebase of Daniel's original patch
and
* {{pig-2315-2-after-rebase.patch}} My suggested change that would drop the
userdefined types from the original foreach along with some more tests.
