Quite frequently, we saw folder /tmp/output exists on test machine and a couple
of tests fail with the message:
Output Location Validation Failed for: 'file:///tmp/output More info to follow:
Output directory file:/tmp/output already exists
I'd like to remove /tmp/output before the UT.
