org.apache.pig.ExecType is required, Pig use this to enumerate all exectype
supported. org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.protocol.ClientProtocolProvider is used
to work around an issue in Hadoop23, I think probably this is fixed in newer
Hadoop and we can remove this if tested working.
