Description: In the SAMPLE example in which the size is passed as a scalar
expression, the numerator needs to be cast to floating point or integer
division will result. Patch attached. Patch also capitalizes keywords, changes
COUNT to COUNT_STAR, and changes a relation name. (was: The SAMPLE example in
