Moving from RTD to Gitbook

Hi,

In the next release (should happen over the next couple of weeks), we will
be moving out of ReadTheDocs to Gitbook. Going forward, please use GitBook
while adding any documentation. We have moved all the content from RTD to
GitBook. I am still working on re-organizing the contents and adding new
content.
