That's correct. I do them in the reverse order. (1) Release artifacts in NExus (2) copy the artifacts to ttps://dist.apache.org/repos/ dist/release/incubator/pirk <https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/pirk/0.1.0-incubating/> via svn
