It is requested that the ability to set tooltipText (just like icons and
labels) be added for each tab in a TabPane. This would be most useful in space
constrained interfaces where there is only enough room on each tab to display
an icon (or a minimal label), but further explanation of what is on the tab
would be useful to the user in order to know which tab to select.
