This may be best implemented as a set of consistent modifications to the Terra
theme. For example, support for rounded corners could be added to all Terra
buttons, and a stopped gradient could be used to give the buttons a more
reflective appearance. Frames might also benefit from slightly rounded corners.
Additionally, we could provide several standard color schemes (e.g. blue,
silver/gray, green) rather than the single current default.
