What are we aiming for here?
Documentation of
- the properties of components?
- styles of the skins?
- known skins for a component?
- theme(s) and the components & skins it includes?
- theme's colour palete?
It is intended to be able to extract any/all of the above without requiring any
custom javadoc tags?
Would this be included as additonal info in the standard javadocs, or in a
separate set of files?
If separate files, is HTML output to be assumed, or something else?
