I think it makes sense to re-open this issue as an improvement and eliminate
the "showFirstSectionHeading" style in favor of the logic above. If you agree,
please feel free to do so.
BTW, styles are just the Java bean properties of the skin, so you can look at
the skin's Javadoc to see what styles are supported.
