name clash compiler bug building pivot-core in eclipse 3.6

FYI if you build pivot-core in Eclipse 3.6 and get a "Name clash" compiler 
error, this is a known bug in their compiler.  The fix will be released in 
3.6.1, but until then you can manually apply the patch available at
