Hi all,

A number of feature requests have been submitted by the user community since
the release of Pivot 2.0. This is really good to see. A lot of great ideas have
been coming in, and entering them in JIRA ensures that they don't get lost or
forgotten.

However, Pivot is an open-source project, and like many such projects, it has
limited resources. If you want to see a new feature implemented, the best way
to make sure that it gets done is to code it yourself and submit a patch. It is
not as difficult as you might think, and the developer list is a great place to
ask questions. Community involvement is what keeps open-source projects alive.
