Description:
The demo.jnlp.xsl (which generates jnlp files for demos) has to be fixed for
references to SVGSalamander wrong inside ... or better, the generated jnlp file
is not working.
If someone with better knowledge of xslt of me wants to fix it, re-assign this
ticket, no problem.

Note: at the moment the 2.0 release seems Unreleased here in jira ... probably
should be fixed.
