artefact problem with 2 scrollPane and TableView

I have a strange problem when I use a 2 scrollpane with a ListView :
see my screenshot and my video.
The list is not properly refresh when I use the scrollbar or I use mousewheel.
With the keyboard that work perfectly.
I have only this issue if the tableViewHeader is hidden by the global
scrollpane.
