TODO list:
- add a pack200 version of Pivot jars, for smaller/faster downloads ... and
stripping out debug info, for reducing them so much
-- for unsigned (standard) and for signed jars
- enable jnlp links, to re-enable execution via Java Web Start ... this is
already tracked by a specific issue
- etc ...
Note that this ticket is not related to a specific release because should be
repeated at any new release ...
If someone has some other ideas ...
