That sounds like a good idea to me. It should help to avoid some confusion users.
It would be good to make sure the documentation states if the 2.0.1 jar is essentially just a renamed version of the 2.0 one. So if someone is using a 2.0 jar they would know that changing to a 2.0.1 jar would not have any effect.
