Thanks for looking in to this.  I am not 100% sure how to proceed.

Perhaps the first step should be to create a JIRA ticket for the use
of Jenkins for regular builds & testing, and attach the relevant files
& any notes on configuration or setup.  We can then review and test in
local Jenkins installs.
