initial patch (with the changes proposed by dreamtangerine), to have some
jenkins-related things work only on it, and have non-jenkins builds continue to
work.
I tested all ant tasks (in the standard, in a manual non-jenkins flow) and
works good, only the dist task now includes even the new folder (present only
in trunk ci-build-on-jenkins) that hasn't to be included in a Pivot generated
artifact, of couse.
Note that this patch is only the first step, a part2 will follow to fix the
issue (with the unwanted folder) and to let jenkins builds to use libraries
like junit and maven-ant-tasks from there).
