Thank you very munch...for the info...jajaja and for the patience :D I have one last question....well at this point...now I started porting the drawing elements in order to have the canvas...as a container similar to panel...but canvas is a group...group is a shape...and at that point the heritage stops...my question only as a guide...is, Should I start making shape a component in order to be supported in the pivot 2.0 herarqui and to have shape canvas...and all the other litle objetcs as lines into the pivot 2.0 model??? o just by modifying the BXMLSerializer I can get to correct rendering (I really don't think that it should make it :( ).
Just to be clear I want to have drawing capabilities into a normal container...for example to drawn relations between objects...something like the image attached, where each object is an instance of a Box for example...and I have a line connecting both components showing a relationship. If I get to a successful migration I'll send the hole code over...maybe It can be useful for somebody Kind Regards, Camilo Casadiego Espitia -----Mensaje original----- De: Sandro Martini [mailto:[email protected]] Enviado el: Friday, August 26, 2011 7:52 AM Para: [email protected] Asunto: Re: Porting draw functions from 1.5 to 2.0 Hi, this could help: http://pivot.apache.org/tutorials/bxml-primer.html because BXML has some differences from the old WTKX ... and of course this: https://cwiki.apache.org/PIVOT/major-feature-changes-between-15x-and-20.html Bye
