Resolution: Fixed
Finally this has been resolved, as a sample, look at the pdf file in attach
("Java Printing.pdf", with date 2011-11-10).
Drazen (and all others), be free to reopen the issue in case of problems.
Now I'll open a related (new issue), but for 2.1 on the need to rescale output
before printing it.
