Write a README file, and put in root of infra folder (here:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/pivot/infra/ ), containing all info needed to:
setup , check, tag, make release, publish, etc ... so anyone of Pivot PMC
members could do it.
Note that all is done using UNIX Shell Scripts, so a Mac or a Linux PC is
needed.
