There are some fairly important hidden directories on Windows (such as
C:\ProgramData and descendants) that are currently not visible with the file
browser (and VFS Browser in 2.1) components.
I would like to add a property to the basic browser (implemented in the skin)
that would toggle the ability to browse hidden files and directories.
