The existing template is opened and saves ok with no errors reported but when we attempt to open the file (via Explorer) it reports an error "Cannot read file", this happens in Excel 2000 and Excel 2003. When the Excel Comments are removed it works fine, it also works if we remove some of the comments. In all cases no Errors are thrown when writing the output stream to the workbook.
