It's in the 3.0.2 beta 1 release (look under /poi/dev/bin/ rather than /poi/release/bin/ on your favourite mirror). It'll be in the full 3.0.2 release, which is currently due late december / early january.
In general, the site has information on the state of the code in trunk. In the downloads of poi, you'll find the documentation specific to that version.
