Note, the release does NOT include the new OOXML code. As discussed with
Nick, once OOXML support is ready for some sort of release, that will be
POI 3.1.
Depending on how long it takes to get the ooxml code stable and full
implemented, and how many core bugs we fix in the mean time, we might want
to do a 3.0.3 first. I guess we can decide that in a few months time, when
we know the fixed bug count, and have a decent eta on the ooxml stuff
being ready
