I load the attached excel file
I put some data in the some cells, but never the ones defined as dropdowns.
I write the workbook to a new file
The output excel file doesn't have any dropdowns.
This is a different behaviour from the earlier POI version I was using (2.0).
My problem resembles 29065, and judging from 10214 I can't work around the
problem programmatically. :-(
