It is generated in the build process, but it's also a run time dependency.
The ant tasks to download the xsds, and build them into the jar are
check-ooxml-xsds, fetch-ooxml-xsds and compile-ooxml-xsds
I'm not sure we can write a pom that'd farm out those steps to everyone
that tries to download 3.5 via maven, nor if we'd want to?
