As to the sub-projects, I think the first thing we should do is to
remove the obsolete stuff.
Excel is the most commonly viewed part of the website and there are
at least 4 items that can be removed:
I was considering working on the smaller parts first. Now I think I'll
look at the POI for Excel part. I''m thinking about the outline and my
first thoughts are to add a second level to the outline on the Quick
Guide.
(a) Limitations: spreadsheet/limitations.html - it lists Version 2.5
limitations. We should either synchronize or remove it.
I think that we need both a Limitations and a To do page. Someone
should start a discussion about what to list. Of course there is a
cross-over.
(b) Pictorial Docs: spreadsheet/diagrams.html. This lists UML
diagrams for POI 2.5, I don't think we need it.
+1. BTW - I noticed that we removed JDepend. Should we have some type
of class diagram / analysis of the whole api that gets generated?
(c) "Contributer's Guide" - all its three items are obsolete
+1. A good to do list will be better. This is confused with the top
level anyway.
(d) spreadsheet/use-case.html - in its current form this page does
not make much sense to me.
+1. This looks like an initial design proposition for the project. I
don't think we need to preserve it in the site.
