I intend to switch how we publish to the website. This will involve firstly
tweaking the build, so that generated site ends up in SVN rather than just on
your local disk. Then, when the site is in SVN, we'll need to raise a ticket
with Infra to have the website switched from the people.apache.org rsync to
doing svn checkout + poll
I'll hopefully have a chance to do this in the near future
