The results are quite confusing. The last (web based) tool has reported a
package name error even in documents produced by MS Office, but another
issues reported by MS OOXML SDK tool become hidden...

After fixing those the MS tool reported no errors, but the file was still
corrupted.
But I like this tool for its Diff feature. It is much more convenient than
my previous method.

After several trials and errors I finally found the source of my problem.

It seems that notesMaster must be linked to a different theme than the rest
of presentation. This theme can be the same like that another theme. This
was the reason why I used the relation to the same theme (and it worked in
Office 2007), but it turned out to be a fatal mistake for future
compatibility :-)
