Hi, I installed the release in a few places, so far all seems to be fine, this includes mostly XLS/XLSX files reading and creating.
I also compared packages 3.9 to 3.10-beta2, contents seems to be ok as well! I'm +1 for releasing. Thanks... Dominik. P.S. Thank you for taking the release-job this time!
