Patch for creating PivotTables
Patch which makes it possible to create pivot tables.
Default configurations are the same as when creating a default Pivot Table in
Excel.
Known future work:
*It's currently not possible to set any specific value to a filter on a column.
An example of how to create a Pivot Table is presented in
/src/examples/src/org/apache/poi/xssf/usermodel/examples/CreatePivotTable.java
