Are you sure we should just be doing this without debate?
One of the reasons we'd stuck with 2.3 in the past was that xmlbeans 2.3
generated files can be read with 2.3+ runtimes, so largely everyone is
fine to use them. If we go to the most recent version, then anyone with an
xmlbeans runtime of 2.3-2.5 baked into their application stack is now
suddently unable to use POI :(
