Patch: EOMONTH implementation plus test case
The EOMONTH function
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/eomonth-function-HP010342477.aspx)
should be implemented in POI.
I implemented the function, along with a test case similar to the test case for
the closely-related EDATE function.
