Adds a link attribute that can be attached to text fragments
I'm using Poi in conjunction with Batik to convert PPTX to SVG.
This all works fine for the graphics, but hyperlinks in slides are not
available for batik to render.
I've used the attached patch to make hyperlinks on text fragments available as
attributes which allow Batik to render the link.
