As discussed in bug #58087
<https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58087>, we've had the
offer + paperwork to contribute a new POI component, XDGF, to handle visio
.vsdx files. The code for that is on github, at
https://github.com/BBN-D/poi-visio
I'm currently filling out the IP clearance template for it[1][2][3].
There's a few bits we need help for on that, and some more we'll need
after the IP clearance is done.
For now, I think the bits we need help with are:
* Reviewing the dependencies, to check they're under suitable licenses
* Work out how to alter build.xml to include the VSDX schemas in the
xmlbeans generated ooxml schemas file, and decide if we should have
these as another module, or if we inline them as ooxml-schemas-1.2?
And one that only Dustin can do, as a representative of the original
authors:
* Produce a new code dump with updated copyright headers, to match the
standard ASF ones, in place of the current BBN ones
