On the page Apache POI - Download Release Artifacts
(https://poi.apache.org/download.html) the archive seems to be corrupted.
Download link points to:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/poi/release/bin/poi-bin-3.14.tar.gz
Its size of 19MB as indicated results in 119MB effective file size after
download.
Some tools, such as Beyond compare, say that it "does not appear to be a valid
gzip archive"
Downloading this release from older archives
(http://archive.apache.org/dist/poi/release/bin/poi-bin-3.14.tar.gz) seems to
be fine.
