So between the lines you suggest that the changes to the license file are necessary for beta1. I don't mind having the old version numbers in as long as there is a reference. @Jaxb, this is part of the jdk, so we don't need to include it. @BouncyCastle, this is an optional requirement for encryption and only needed for signing, which is not the standard use of poi - I guess it's ok not to mention it for now, i.e. add it to beta2. @other 3rd party: we use those mainly for compilation/distribution, but not as necessary part of poi - I would not mention them. I will wait for the license file to be changed and then merge it into the 3.15-beta1 branch.
