The getType and getRelationForType methods of XSLFPictureData deliver null for
the TIFF format since version 3.14. The addPicutre in e.g. XMLSlideShow throws
an IllegalArgumentException if a TIFF image is passed. PictureData and
XSLFRelation have TIFF as image type.
