Exceptional TODO's
It's been nearly a decade since this was marked as `TODO`, it seems safe to
say no one's working on it and it would be better tracked as a feature request
rather than a `RuntimeException`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/icirellik/poi visio-version-5
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
