Any more details you could share, such as logs, stack traces, and your
configuration? I have no knowledge of your Tomcat/Java setup and no ability to
reproduce it.
What happens when you open the workbook in Excel? Does Excel have any issues
reading it?
Can you figure out which part of the workbook triggers your problem?
Not to sounds like some guy on Stack Overflow, but what have you tried so far?
Keep in mind that these bugs are monitored by volunteers, not paid support or
your own IT group that is familiar with your setup, so our willingness to help
hinges on the amount of effort it takes to investigate the issue.
