Thanks Josh. Would it be possible for you to clone this repo in github and put
your changes on a branch? It would make it easier to verify the patch and to
get people to review the changes.
I'm reasonably neutral about whether using maven makes the build any easier but
certainly willing to have a look when you have something ready.
