Updated to Saxon HE 10 and JavaParser (as a replacement for JAM, which depends
on the obsolete Doclet API) via [1877931|
https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1877931]. The build runs
through, but I'd like to continue to activate a few of the ignored xpath tests
and fix the our implementation where necessary...
