we have switched to Log4j 2.
so i simply would mute the SAXHelper with the corresponding log4j config.
on the other hand, a missing xerces is the default, so this warning makes only
sense when xerces is installed ... so we don't need to log anything, if we
can't get hold onto the SecurityManager.
