--- Comment #1 from PJ Fanning <[email protected]> --- DataFormatter is used by TextFunction - it tries to use ExcelStyleDateFormatter to create a formatter for the ISO 8601 date time formatter but ExcelStyleDateFormatter rejects it due to the 'T' character.
