Add support for setting the commitment type and purpose for a signature.

Apart of setting the corresponding structure, it was necessary to set the
signatureType = 1, otherwise Office hasn't recognized the commitment type.
Additionally I've changed the signature marshaller to set the used namespaces
on the children of the "object" nodes and not anymore on the "object" nodes
themselves.
