Rework tests to be suitable for Junit 5.
Replace try, fail, catch constructs with assertThrows.
Use ParameterizedTest annotation where suitable.
Later on, we can try to parallelize the tests.
Open todos: adapt ant-junit tests - see CompilationTests.testSimple for an
example on how to launch Junit5 tests from the runtime
